Return Policy

Blu Bear Bazaar uses a third-party service to fulfill shipments. Please read the Return Policy carefully.

SECTION 1 - FOR MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE and FOR MISSING ORDERS

If you did not receive the size you ordered or the product is misprinted or damaged, the return will be handled via our third-party fulfillment service. Please contact us within 15 days from when you receive your product or the estimated delivery date. This allows us enough time to process the complaint in accordance with our third-party's return guidelines.

When contacting us in regards to a misprinted/damaged/defective or incorrect sized item, include as much detail about the issue as you can and any photos of the issue you may have.

A refund is at the discretion of our third-party service.*

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

SECTION 2 - FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS

If Section 1 does not apply to you, unfortunately, all sales are final.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a refund:
You must have proof of purchase (receipt, email used to place order, etc.)
The item must be in the condition you received it in, unworn or unused.
We do not issue refunds for buyers remorse.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
