Returns/refunds are not accepted if:
- You are unhappy with the items in the box. Please make sure to keep up-to-date via newsletter or Instagram for hints and supplier reveals to aid you in the decision of purchasing.
- You receive a duplicate book. If you are already own the title in the bag or received the same book in a different subscription service, we do not offer refunds/returns. Each bag will contain a newly released title within 30 days of shipment. Again, please make sure to follow us on Instagram or our newsletter for hints.
- If your box has already shipped.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to replace the item damaged. If for some reason that is not possible, you will receive a refund for the value of that item.
If your bag is lost in transit, as that can happen and is out of my control, please contact me. I will work with you to locate it to the best of my ability. If we are not able to find it, I will file a claim for lost mail and attempt to replace the bag for you. If I am unable to replace the bag, I will refund you the amount. This is all dependent on the steps taken, so please contact me within 7 business days of expected delivery date.
*Please note that ALL orders ship with a tracking number and insurance. USA orders have estimated delivery of 1-3 business days and INTL orders have estimated delivery of 6-10 business days.
